i Inspire  - Scharita Lacey's Women's Network

Scharita oversees/leads  SLE Women's Network made of five diverse networks of women where she offers creative arts, and leadership training, empowerment coaching and spiritual development, personal image and life skills to women and young women all ages and backgrounds;

  • Virtuous Women's Network (VWN)
  • SLE Personal Mentoring (SLE)
  • Creative Arts & Dance Network (PPDN)
  • Queens Organization (Miss CSU Legacy)
  • Women in Leadership (church, business, community)

Scharita is the Visionary & Host of the Women's Empowerment Summit WES Weekend 2015She develops women leaders in business, community, and ministry. Through her network she personally mentors and develops women of all ages from all walks and paths of life in guiding them in their (personal image & identity, life coping skills, goal planning, pursuit of purpose, gifts & talents, positive character building and spiritual development & growth).

The mission of the Scharita Lacey Empowerment - Virtuous Women's Network Est. 2010 is to create a safe environment and atmosphere of HOPE, HEALING, LOVE & FRIENDSHIP that allows for transparent sharing and personal enrichment for the Wives in her network,  "Building lasting and sustaining marriages, families, and homes on our journey as virtuous wives."

The VWN also seeks to inspire and equip Wives in waiting-(engaged/never married) and to help heal and recover for divorced or widowed wives through transparent sharing, dialogue and honest communication in order to healthily process past, present, and future marital and relationship experiences in order to maximize personal happiness within oneself and achieve a sense of restoration and wholeness in their lives.

With her extensive experience and background in pagentry and competitions Scharita created a Queens Organization Est. 2006 as apart of her scholarship give back intiative and mentoring to College Campus Queens. At her college she attend Central State University, she provides a scholarship to the Queens for programming, official attire, special events and she trains, teaches, and coaches incoming/reigning Queens using the tenants of Love, Integrity, Postive Character, and Service.

Through her Creative Arts & Dance Network (PPDN) Est. 2006 she has helped thousands over the years to grow and expand in their potential in the arts (dance choreography, mime, flag, spoken word, theatre, and drama). Scharita has been called upon to provide services of consulting to dance/flag/mime/drama groups and to churches and pastors. She has a gift of story telling through dance, drama, and theatre and has created and directed Easter, Christmas and other special Productions in community outreach events, college campuses, and special services.
