Scharita is the Visionary Leader of the annual Virtuous Women's Retreat and annual Women's Empowerment Summit WES Weekend and the Founding Director of Ignite HOPE Foundation. Through her women's empowerment network she connects hundreds of women around the globe through SCHARITA LACEY EMPOWERMENT where she inspires women at every age and journey in live to live again. She empowers (married women, single women, engaged/wives in waiting, pastors & first ladies, creatives & visionaries, business leaders and prophetic apostolic leaders). Her network provides resources and emotional & spiritual support to (single mothers, divorced & widowed wives, and caregivers of special needs children). Through her Virtuous Women's Network (VWN) founded in 2011 she develops, trains, and equips Women Leaders in business, ministry, and community leadership. Scharita personally mentors and coaches diverse groups of women in life in (career, ministry, personal image & identity, life coping skills, goal planning, pursuit of purpose, gifts & talents, positive character, and spiritual development & growth). She leads "Let the Prophets Speak" and Scharita Lacey LIVE platforms. She is the founder of Miss Central State University Queens Organization and The Power of Praise Creative Arts Enrichment Organziation.
Scharita holds a Masters in Business Administration; Leadership Credentials and is Ordained in the office of the Prophet.

Today, she is a gospel recording artist with more than 20 years in the music industry plus over 50 albums with her vocal imprint across the globe. Pastor Candy has moved on to record, perform, tour, and co-write with artists within and beyond the gospel genre including artists such as Kirk Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Tamela Mann, Marvin Sapp, Erykah Badu, Myron Butler, Snarky Puppy, Fred Hammond, Terrace Martin and All Nations Music, to name a few.

Apostle Shay is a 1993 graduate of Amory High School, and a 1995 graduate of Foster's Cosmetology and Barber Stylist School. Her professional education also includes a study in psychology as well as becoming a certified master life coach through Transformation Academy. With accomplishments in owning and operating Cuts & Curls Salon for 12 years and being a traveling make up artist for Color Me Beautiful for 3 years, Apostle Shay has encouraged many men and women to reach their full potential. Despite humble beginnings, she is the founder of the Queenin Brand, Queenin Queenin Boutique and Queenin Hair. Her annual Take Over Conference and Prophetically Speaking services have attracted people from all walks of life to include corporate business owners to those seeking guidance on where to start. Apostle Shay Avery values people and encourages others to develop healthy relationships. She has been married to Pastor Neal Avery for 26 years and they have two children Drake & Carson. The Avery family has pastored for 17 years and has recently extended their footprint to Florida. Apostle Shay accepted her assignment as a preacher of the gospel on July 4, 2003. She preached the gospel for three years and then Live from The Upper Room Talk Show was birthed in 2006. Hundreds of souls came to Christ through the talk show. It became a church for so many wounded people. In 2007 Sound the Trumpet Ministries was founded and she was ordained the pastor of the ministry. In 2014 she was elevated to the Apostle of Sound the Trumpet Ministries. Dr. Wilbon is a TEDX speaker whose most recent talk, “Good Grief” highlights the idea that many circumstances in life bring grief but that grief can be a gift. In short, there is good in grief. Dr. Matisa earned her B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology from Centre College and her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Sociology from The Ohio State University. She is a leader in the marketplace, published author, and an ordained Elder. She serves in her local church teaching, training and developing ministers, leaders and intercessors.

Kwinetta Moore, native of Hinesville, GA was born to her parents Dr.’s Larry & Mary Murray. At a young age, Kwinetta’s leadership prowess was evident and her parents cultivated her gifts through several extracurricular activities. Following high school, Kwinetta attended North Carolina A&T University, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, and entered the public school sector as an 8th-grade English teacher shortly after.
Life began to pivot for Kwinetta after marriage in 2015, and she began exploring entrepreneurship through t-shirts and digital products while pastoring alongside her husband, Prophet Brandon Moore. In 2017, she unintentionally replaced her teaching salary with entrepreneurship and decided to leverage her influence to begin working as a business coach. Currently, Kwinetta is a forward-thinking, radical, and bold marketing strategist and CEO of The House of Strategy; a marketing solutions firm that functions as a fractional CMO to small businesses and companies. Kwinetta firmly believes that entrepreneurship is meant to be done intentionally and meaningfully. God has favored Kwinetta to infuse entrepreneurship with Biblical principles to help faith-based entrepreneurs experience true and authentic deliverance in their minds, so they can do business efficiently, profitably, and with integrity.
